TESTIMONIALS

Registered Investment Advisers cannot legally give testimonials. Wealthlet also cannot legally provide client references since regulators consider client references to be the result of selective choice. It is permissible for clients to speak of their own independent accord about Wealthlet, and you may find them out there (but we legally cannot tell you who they are or how to contact them, taking in the consideration of our duty to client confidentiality). Here you have the one advantage that immigration attorneys hold over Wealthlet: Immigration attorneys legally can give testimonials and references. The underlying reasoning as to why the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) prohibits testimonials is that testimonials are inherently misleading since no one would advertise bad testimonials. So try the same reasoning the SEC does for yourself and think about those testimonials you see on the immigration attorneys’ websites.
