ABOUT WEALTHLET

Wealthlet Advisory, LLC (“Wealthlet”) is a New York Registered Investment Adviser specializing in providing E-2 Treaty Visa Investors with an all-in-one E-2 Visa advisory solution that covers all professional services throughout the E-2 Visa process. Our regulatory information is available at the Securities and Exchange Commission’s website at www.adviserinfo.sec.gov and our CRD No. is 282885.

Wealthlet was formed for the purpose of being the solution to an unaddressed problem: E-2 Visa investors lacking a comprehensive adviser who took care of each and every step of the E-2 Visa process diligently and faithfully on their behalf. These E-2 Visa investors of the old times could not find such an adviser as Wealthlet. And so they had not choice but to settle for an immigration attorney. All the while they had to do the business development for their E-2 Enterprise - the most substantial, the most significant, and the most difficult part of the E-2 Visa - all on their lonesome.

All this changed in 2016 when Wealthlet was formed and registered. Wealthlet has developed our own network of immigration attorneys, escrow agents, business plan writers, and all other professionals expected to be involved in an E-2 Visa process from start to finish. But our external network of professionals is the lesser part of our identity. The greater part of what makes Wealthlet unique is our investment advisory and business consultancy specialized for the E-2 Visa.

Wealthlet is not an immigration attorney who just does the “visa work” part of your E-2 Visa while you do everything else - unlike them, Wealthlet offers the ultimate, all-in-one E-2 Visa adviser solution that covers each and every step of the E-2 Visa process from start to finish. Wealthlet is not a franchise broker - unlike them, Wealthlet focuses on independent and objective advisory over sales. Wealthlet is not a business plan writer - unlike them, Wealthlet is actively involved in your business transactions, so we can build a strong business case from scratch instead of plugging in information into a template. Unlike them, Wealthlet is the best choice for your E-2 Visa.

Hello,

I am Stephen Zheng and I founded Wealthlet and registered it as an investment adviser back in 2016 to become the New York Registered Investment Adviser you know today. I created Wealthlet to be the one adviser that E-2 Visa investors can rely on unconditionally. The one adviser that covers all professional services without exception. The one adviser that actually does the business development work for the E-2 Enterprise. The one adviser that eliminates the investor’s stress and simplifies the entire process into a box.

I have seen how disjointed the E-2 Visa process can be. I asked myself. Why is the E-2 investor stretched to his limit doing all the business development work? How could the immigration attorney just give a list of documents while sitting back and waiting for those documents to come to him? How is the business plan writer supposed to write a good plan from so idle a position - plugging meaningless information into a template? How can the escrow agent properly do his job when he is not involved in the business transactions? How did the franchise broker suddenly go from sales to advisory? While all these different professionals bring value, much of the value is lost due to the lack of organization and centralization. And so, I designed Wealthlet’s all-in-one E-2 Visa advisory solution to be the answer to all these questions.

Since founding and registering Wealthlet, I have deeply enjoyed my experience advising E-2 Visa investors. It is an enriching experience: learning about different clients spanning all across the countries of the world and guiding clients through different business opportunities spanning all across the spectrum of industries. There was a personal fulfillment for me here, arising from the unique style of advisory I set for Wealthlet: warm professionalism. I do not want my interactions with my clients to feel bureaucratic. I cannot feel joy in my work if I acted like those cold professionals doing strictly what was written in the advisory contract and cutting off the relationship afterwards. I want to be something more than an emotionless counter-party to an advisory contract. I value forming a bond with my clients, a bond I feel all the more as a child of immigrants.

I hope the information I have written for you on the website and on the brochure has been helpful. If there is a matter applicable to you that I have not discussed, please feel welcome to send me your question straight away. As you know, Wealthlet is not a bureaucratic firm and I am not a cold professional, so I am happy to answer your questions freely without billing you for every word in an e-mail or for every minute in a call. I am based in New York City - Eastern Standard Time. My educational background is from New York University - Stern School of Business, and I hold the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Series 65 License - Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination.

Your adviser,

Stephen Zheng
